Shipping policy

All TXYZ pieces are made to order — created with purpose, not mass-produced. Because of that, fulfillment can take up to 6 weeks after placing your order. Each item is printed, packaged, and shipped with care once it’s ready.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that TXYZ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they’ve been processed by the shipping carrier and marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend double-checking your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue still isn’t resolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
