Refund policy

Each TXYZ piece is made to order and created just for you. Because of that, all sales are final. Every tee is unique, made in small batches with intention and care.

We only offer exchanges if there’s a defective item or an error on our end. If that happens, reach out within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Our tees are intentionally oversized, so be sure to check the sizing info before ordering.

If an exchange is approved, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In its original packaging

• Reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis
